Abstract: The title compound, (C₆H₉N₂)₂[Sb₂Cl₆O], consists of one triple-bridged [Sb₂Cl₆O]^2- anion and two 2-amino-6-methylpyridinium cations that undergo aminium-iminium tautomerism. The counter-ion pair are linked together by N-HO and N-HCl hydrogen bonds.
