N)tetrakis(nitrato-
2N,N')[4-(4-pyridyl)pyridinium-
N1]europium(III)Abstract: In the title complex, [Eu(NO3)4(C10H9N2)(C10H8N2)], each EuIII ion is ten-coordinated by an N atom from a 4,4'-bipyridine molecule, an N atom from a 4'-(4-pyridyl)pyridinium cation and eight O atoms from four different nitrate ions. A C2 axis passes through the EuIII ion. Adjacent molecules are connected by strong and weak hydrogen bonds to construct a three-dimensional network.
