2S,S')(triphenylphosphine-
P)nickel(II) chloroform hemisolvateAbstract: In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Ni{S2CN(CH2)4}Cl(C18H15P)]·0.5CHCl3, the Ni atom is coordinated by a bidentate dithiocarbamate, one chloride and triphenylphosphine in a square-planar arrangement. The chloroform solvent molecule interacts with the complex through a weak C-H
S hydrogen bond. The solvent molecule is disordered equally over two inversion-related sites.
