Abstract: The title compound, [PdBr(C₂₄H₄₉P₂)], has a distorted square-planar coordination geometry with the P,C,P'-tridentate ligand forming two five-membered chelate rings. The Br atom is displaced from the square plane by 0.560 (6) Å.
