Abstract: In the title compound, [Zn(C₈H₄O₄)(C₁₃H₁₄N₂)]_n, each Zn atom is coordinated by two terephthalate and two 1,3-di-4-pyridylpropane ligands in a distorted tetrahedral fashion. As a result, undulating layers are formed perpendicular to the b axis.
