Abstract: In the molecule of the title compound, C22H24N2O3S, the dihedral angle between the two phenyl rings is 70.28 (11)°. The cyclohexane ring adopts a chair conformation while the thiazolidine ring assumes an envelope conformation. The crystal packing is stabilized by intramolecular N-H...O and intermolecular C-H...O and O-H...O hydrogen-bonding interactions. The structure also contains C-H...Cg interactions, where Cg is the centroid of the phenyl ring at (1-x, -y, 1-z); for this contact, C...Cg = 3.721 (3) Å, H...Cg = 2.82 Å and C-H...Cg = 162°.
