(E)-N'-(3,5-Dibromo-2-hydroxybenzylidene)-4-methoxybenzohydrazide

Abstract: In the crystal structure of the title compound, C₁₅H₁₂Br₂N₂O₃, the dihedral angle between the two ring planes is 11.40 (5)°. An intramolecular O-HN hydrogen bond stabilizes the molecular structure. The molecules are linked via weak intermolecular N-HO hydrogen bonding, forming an extended supramolecular arrangement.
