(6-Aminonaphthalene-1-sulfonato-O)bis(3-methylisoquinoline-N)silver(I)

Abstract: The title compound, [Ag(C₁₀H₈NO₃S)(C₁₀H₉N)₂], has a mononuclear structure in which the Ag⁺ cation is three-coordinated by two N atoms from two different 3-methylisoquinoline molecules and one O atom from a 6-aminonaphthalene-1-sulfonate anion in a distorted trigonal-planar AgN₂O arrangement. A network of N-HO hydrogen bonds consolidates the structure.
