2-acetato-
2O:O')bis(
2-isopropoxy-
2O:O)tetraisopropoxytetra-
3-oxo-tetratitaniumdizirconiumAbstract: The title complex, [Ti4Zr2(C2H3O2)10(C3H7O)6O4], was prepared in supercritical CO2. The molecule lies on a crystallographic inversion center. The metallic core contains two Zr atoms each coordinated by eight O atoms in a distorted square-antiprismatic geometry and four Ti atoms in distorted octahedral coordination geometries. The overall metallic core conformation can be described as `raft'-style since all six metal atoms and four bridging O atoms form an approximately planar arrangement. One of the unique terminal isopropoxide ligands is disordered over two sites with equal occupancies.
