Abstract: In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Ag(C₁₈H₂₄N₂)₂](CF₃SO₃), the Ag atoms are coordinated by four N atoms of two 4,4'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-bipyridine (tert-bubpy) ligands within a strongly distorted tetrahedron.
