3-Phenyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid

Abstract: In the title compound, C₁₀H₈N₂O₂, the dihedral angle between the phenyl and pyrazole ring planes is 21.27 (6)°. Intermolecular O-HO and N-HN hydrogen bonds link the molecules into chains along c. These are further connected by intermolecular C-HO hydrogen bonds, resulting in a two-dimensional framework.
