Abstract: The title complex, [Eu₂(C₁₂H₉O₂)₆(C₁₂H₈N₂)₂]·2C₃H₇NO, is centrosymmetric. The Eu atom is nine-coordinate. Molecules are linked into a chain by C-HO hydrogen bonds parallel to the a-axis direction and into a sheet by C-H hydrogen bonds parallel to the [100] plane, the combination of the chains and sheets generating a three-dimensional framework structure.
