Abstract: The title compound, [CuI(C₂₀H₁₈N₄O₄)(C₁₈H₁₅P)], is a mononuclear copper(I) complex. The Cu^I atom is four-coordinated in a distorted tetrahedral mode by two imine N atoms of the Schiff base, an I atom and a PPh₃ ligand.
