Abstract: The title compound, [Cu(N₃)(C₂₀H₁₈N₄O₄)(C₁₈H₁₅P)]·CHCl₃, is mononuclear copper(I) complex. The Cu^I centre is four-coordinated in a distorted tetrahedral environment by two imine N atoms of the Schiff base, an N₃ ligand and a PPh₃ residue.
