Abstract: In the structure of the title compound 2C₁₈H₂₅N₂OTe⁺·SiF₆^2-·4CHCl₃, the bis[2-(dimethylaminomethyl)phenyl]hydroxytelluronium cations and [SiF₆]^2- anions are linked via an intermolecular O-HF hydrogen bond and a secondary intermolecular interaction between Te and F [2.890 (2) Å].
