Tetrakis(1H-pyrazole-N²)bis(thiocyanato-N)nickel(II)

Abstract: In the title mononuclear complex, [Ni(NCS)₂(C₃H₄N₂)₄], the six-coordinate Ni^II atom assumes an octahedral geometry and is located on an inversion centre. The crystal packing is stabilized by N-HS, N-HN and C-HS hydrogen bonds.
