1-Bromo-8-(ethylsulfanyl)naphthalene

Abstract: There are two molecules in the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C₁₂H₁₁BrS, with similar conformations. Intramolecular BrS(ethyl) distances are 3.056 (2) and 3.050 (2) Å. The molecules pack into a herringbone array with no significant - interactions.
