N)copper(II)Abstract: In the title compound, [Cu(C7H4NO3S)2(H2O)2], the CuII atom lies on a crystallographic inversion centre and is in a square-planar coordination geometry. The saccharinate ligand is essentially planar and the crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular O-H
O and C-H
O interactions.
