2-4-pyridinecarboxylato-
3N:O,O')cobalt(II)]: a triply interpenetrated structure with diamonoid topologyAbstract: The binary title complex, [Co(C6H4NO2)2]n, is a three-dimensional coordination polymer that is triply interpenetrated with diamonoid topology. The asymmetric unit comprises half a Co atom, which lies on a twofold axis, and a 4-pyridinecarboxylate anion, in a general position. The Co atom is in a distorted cis-N2O4 octahedral geometry defined by two chelating carboxylate groups and two pyridyl N atoms.
