Abstract: The title mononuclear Schiff base compound, [Sn(C₆H₅)₃{SC₆H₄-4-N=C(H)C₆H₄-OH-2}], contains two essentially identical molecules in the asymmetric unit, each of which features a slightly distorted C₃S tetrahedral geometry for the Sn atom.
