N)aquabis(triphenylphosphine-
P)silver(I)Abstract: The title compound, [Ag(C8H10NO3S)(C18H15P)2(H2O)], has a mononuclear structure, where the AgI cation is four-coordinated by two triphenylphosphine ligands, one water molecule and the N atom of a 2-amino-4,5-dimethylbenzenesulfonate anion in a distorted tetrahedral AgP2NO arrangement. A network of N-H
O and O-H
O hydrogen bonds helps to consolidate the packing.
