3O,O',O'')(pyridine-2-carboxamide-
2N1,O)copper(II)Abstract: The title compound, [Cu(C4H6O5)(C6H2N2O)(H2O)], has a six-coordinate CuII atom in a Jahn-Teller-distorted octahedral environment, coordinated by a tridentate oxydiacetate dianion, a bidentate pyridine-2-carboxamide ligand and a water molecule. The oxydiacetate chelates the CuII atom in a facial configuration.
