Abstract: In the title compound, [Mn(C₅H₃N₂O₂)₂(H₂O)₂]·2H₂O, the Mn^II atom, lying on an inversion centre, has a distorted octahedral environment and the molecules are linked by O-HO and N-HO hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure.
