Abstract: The title compound, C₂₉H₂₈N₂O₃, displays antidepressant and anticancer activities. The furan ring is disordered over two orientations [site occupancies 0.690 (12)/0.310 (12)] related by a rotation of 180°. The ring conformations are chair for the cyclohexane ring, boat for the cyclohexadiene ring and twist for the pyrimidine ring. The crystal packing is determined solely by van der Waals interactions.
