Benzyl 3-[(E)-furfurylidene]dithiocarbazate

Abstract: In the title compound, C₁₃H₁₂N₂OS₂, the molecule assumes an E configuration, with the furan ring and dithiocarbazate units located on opposite sides of the N=C double bond. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked via two intermolecular N-HS hydrogen bonds to form centrosymmetric dimers.
