3-Ethyl 5-methyl 2-hydroxy-6-methyl-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-trifluoromethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate

Abstract: In the title compound, C₁₈H₁₉F₃N₂O₇, the tetrahydropyridine ring adopts a half-chair conformation. The nitro group is disordered over two sites with occupancies of 0.780 (15) and 0.220 (15). An intramolecular N-HF hydrogen bond is observed in the molecular structure. The molecules are linked into a two-dimensional network parallel to (100) by O-HO, N-HO and C-HO hydrogen bonds.
