Abstract: In the title compound, C₂₇H₃₀O₁₄·H₂O, the hydroxyphenyl ring makes a dihedral angle of 20.05 (11)° with the chromenone ring system. The crystal structure is stabilized by intra- and intermolecular O-HO hydrogen bonds. The absolute configuration was assigned on the basis of an analagous structure.
