4N1,N12,N15,N26)cadmium(II) benzene-1,3-dicarboxylic acid solvateAbstract: In the title compound, [Cd(C8H4O4)(C36H44N4O4)]·C8H6O4, the CdII atom is six-coordinated by four N atoms from the macrocyclic ligand and two O atoms from a benzene-1,3-dicarboxylate ligand. The complex molecules are linked by N-H
O hydrogen bonds, forming a one-dimensional chain structure along the b axis. The chains are further connected through N-H
O and O-H
O hydrogen bonds between the complex molecule and an uncoordinated benzene-1,3-dicarboxylic acid molecule, resulting in a two-dimensional supramolecular network.
