Abstract: In the title compound, C25H34O4, one n-hexyl chain of the hexyloxy group adopts a fully extended all-trans conformation, and the other n-hexyl chain displays disorder with site occupancies of 0.470 (3) and 0.530 (3). The dihedral angle between the benzene rings is 44.5 (3)°. In the crystal structure, intermolecular O-H
O hydrogen bonds form dimers via crystallographic inversion centres.
