[N-(5-Bromo-2-oxidobenzylidene)-L-valinato-³O,N,O']diethyltin(IV)

Abstract: The Sn atom of the title compound, [Sn(C₂H₅)₂(C₁₂H₁₂BrNO₃)], is in a distorted SnNC₂O₂ trigonal-bipyramidal geometry and forms five- and six-membered chelate rings with the tridentate ligand. One C atom of one ethyl group is disordered with site occupancies of 0.61 (3):0.39 (3).
