(E)-N'-(4-Chlorobenzylidene)-3,4,5-trimethoxybenzohydrazide

Abstract: The title compound, C₁₇H₁₇ClN₂O₄, was synthesized from 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzohydrazide and 4-chlorobenzaldehyde. In the crystal structure, packing is stabilized by intramolecular C-HO and intermolecular N-HO and C-HO hydrogen-bonding interactions.
