Abstract: In the title compound, [Cd(H2O)6](C14H10O6N2S2)·2H2O, the complete cation and anion are each generated by crystallographic inversion symmetry. In the crystal structure, the components form a three-dimensional network by way of O-H
O and O-H
N hydrogen bonds.
