2,2,3,3-Tetrafluorobutane-1,4-diol

Abstract: In the title compound, C₄H₆F₄O₂, a partially fluorinated aliphatic diol, cooperative O-HO hydrogen bonds form R₂²(14) rings, which are connected into infinite layers parallel to the (100) plane by C(7) chains. A C-HF link is also seen.
