Abstract: In the title compound, C₁₇H₁₄O₃, the pyran ring adopts a boat conformation and the dihedral angle between the aromatic ring planes is 59.1 (1)°. In the crystal structure intermolecular C-HO hydrogen bonds and C-H interactions link the molecules.
