N,N'-Bis(3-phenylallylidene)biphenyl-2,2'-diamine

Abstract: In the title Schiff base, C₃₀H₂₄N₂, the complete molecule is generated by a crystallographic twofold axis; the aromatic rings of the biphenyl unit are twisted by 60.78 (1)°. The imine double bond has a trans configuration.
