[N-(3-Methoxy-2-oxidobenzylidene-O²)alaninato-²N,O]diphenyltin(IV)

Abstract: The Sn atom of the title compound, [Sn(C₆H₅)₂(C₁₁H₁₁NO₄)], adopts a distorted SnNC₂O₂ trigonal-bipyramidal geometry with the O atoms in the axial positions. The metal atom forms five- and six-membered chelate rings with the O,N,O'-tridentate ligand.
