Abstract: In the structure of [Cu(C₁₇H₁₄N₃S₂)₂]·2C₃H₇NO, the Cu atom (site symmetry ) is N,S-chelated by the two deprotonated Schiff-base anions that define a distorted square-planar geometry. An N-HO hydrogen bond links the mononuclear complex to the DMF solvent molecules.
