Bis(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-N²)(pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylato-³O²,N,O⁶)copper(II)

Abstract: In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C₇H₃NO₄)(C₅H₈N₂)₂], the Cu^II cation assumes a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal coordination geometry formed by a pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate dianion and two 3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole molecules. N-HO hydrogen bonding is present in the crystal structure.
