Abstract: The title Schiff base compound, C22H28N2O4, lies across a crystallographic inversion centre and adopts an E configuration with respect to the C=N bond. Pairs of weak intermolecular C-H
O interactions link neighbouring molecules into dimers with an R22(28) ring motif. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular C-H![[pi]](/logos/entities/pi_rmgif.gif)
interactions. An intramolecular O-HN hydrogen bond occurs.
