4,4,5,5-Tetramethyl-2-[4-(2-pyridyl)phenyl]-3,4-dihydroimidazole-1-oxyl-3-oxide

Abstract: In the title compound, C₁₈H₂₀N₃O₂, the pyridine and phenyl rings are coplanar [dihedral angle = 3.5 (3)°]. The phenyl ring makes a dihedral angle of 29.6 (1)° with the imidazole ring. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular C-HO hydrogen bonds.
