Abstract: In the title carboxylate-bridged binuclear copper complex, [Cu₂(C₄H₅O₂)₄(C₅H₆N₂)₂], each Cu^II ion has a distorted square-based pyramidal environment formed by one N and four O atoms. The asymmetric unit contains two halves of two centrosymmetric molecules, with CuCu separations of 2.6498 (8) and 2.6528 (8) Å.
