Abstract: In the title compound, [Gd(C₁₅H₁₁O₂)₃(C₁₇H₁₈N₂)], the Gd^III atom is coordinated by six O atoms from three -diketonate ligands and two N atoms from a chiral ligand L_S,_S-(+)-7,7-dimethyl-3-(2-pyridyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-6,8-methanoisoquinoline, in a coordination geometry best described as distorted square-antiprismatic.
