N-(2-Acetylphenyl)benzenesulfonamide

Abstract: In the title compound, C₁₄H₁₃NO₃S, the phenyl ring makes a dihedral angle of 81.5 (1)° with the benzene ring. The molecular structure is stabilized by an intramolecular N-HO hydrogen bond and weak C-HO interactions. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked by weak intermolecular C-HO and C-H interactions.
