Abstract: In the title compound, [Co(C₂O₄)(C₁₀H₈N₂)]_n, the oxalate group chelates two adjacent metal atoms, resulting in a zigzag chain running along the a axis. The Co^II centre exists in an all cis-octahedral coordination geometry.
