Abstract: The title compound, C₇H₉N₃O, crystallizes with two independent molecules per asymmetric unit. The structure is stabilized by four distinct intermolecular N-HO hydrogen bonds. Four intramolecular interactions of the N-HN and C-HO types are also observed.
