Abstract: In the title complex, (C₈H₂₀N)[Re(C₅H₃N₂O₂)Cl(CO)₃], the Re^I atom is coordinated facially by three carbonyl groups; the bidentate pyrazinecarboxylato ligand and a chlorine atom complete the distorted octahedral coordination.
