4O,N,N',O'}copper(II) acetonitrile solvateAbstract: In the title compound, [Cu(C19H20N2O4)(H2O)]·C2H3N, the CuII ion is coordinated by two N and two O atoms from the tetradentate Schiff base ligand, which contains a propylene fragment disordered over two conformations in a 0.64 (1):0.36 (1) ratio, and one O atom from the water molecule in a distorted square-pyramidal geometry. In the crystal structure, intermolecular O-H
O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into chains along the a axis.
