[(Z)-O-Ethyl-N-(o-tolyl)thiocarbamato-S](triphenylphosphine-P)gold(I)

Abstract: The title compound, [Au(C₁₀H₁₂NOS)(C₁₈H₁₅P)], features a linear geometry for the Au atom defined by the S and P donor atoms. A small deviation from the ideal geometry is noted and is ascribed to an intramolecular AuO contact [2.936 (4) Å]. Inversion dimers are formed in the crystal structure mediated by C-H interactions between centrosymmetrically related o-tolyl residues [CCg = 3.532 (6) Å].
