N'-(2-Fluorobenzylidene)acetohydrazide

Abstract: The title compound, C₉H₉FN₂O, was prepared by the reaction between 2-fluorobenzophenone and acetohydrazide. In the crystal structure, inversion dimers linked by pairs of N-HO hydrogen bonds occur, generating R₂²(8) loops.
