Abstract: In the title compound (systematic name: tripropylazanium 2,4,6-trisulfanylidenecyclohexan-1-ide), (C3H7)3HN+·C3H2N3S3-, one H atom of trithiocyanuric acid is accepted by tripropylamine to form the ammonium ion. Coplanar trithiocyanurate and tripropylammonium ions [dihedral angle = 82.33 (8)°] form the salt, which is stabilised by various N-H
S and N-H
N contacts.
